While our company's name is changing, our core values, ownership, and commitment to quality remain unchanged.
NP Brands introduces a simplified, meaningful name that reflects the values behind the initials:
N stands for Natural – representing our ongoing focus on safe, effective, and environmentally conscious products.
P stands for Personal – reflecting our commitment to creating products that support the health, wellbeing, and everyday lives of individuals, babies, and families.
The transition to NP Brands symbolises our growth and what we stand for – natural, thoughtful solutions for pharmaceuticals, personal, hygiene and baby care. It reflects both our heritage and our forward-looking approach to brand development, sustainability, and innovation.
This rebrand allows NP Brands to unify our expanding portfolio under a broader, more versatile identity while staying true to our core mission: delivering products people can trust.
There will be no change to our ACN, ABN, TFN, ownership, or business operations. All existing agreements and partnerships will remain in place, with updated branding gradually rolled out across packaging, signage, and digital platforms from 1st October 2025.
